I can’t count how many times I’ve heard horror stories about dealers bringing in CRM trainer with little or no results. The typical story goes like this… The trainer was supposed to be here Monday through Friday. They flew in Monday at 1:30 p.m., took an hour to meet everyone in the store and then another 30 minutes checking their work email. After that they needed time to look through our CRM to see what we were doing. At 4:30 they were tired from traveling and had to go check into their hotel room. Tuesday – Thursday they held training classes. Friday morning they had a work conference call in the morning, showed up at 10 a.m., were here for 2 hours and then had to catch a flight home.

  • We fly in the day before we’re supposed to start working so that we don’t lose your paid time.
  • Prior to arriving we’ll have worked out a plan with you on exactly what your store’s CDK CRM needs are, what we’re going to train on and who we’re going to train.
  • We work as long as is needed.
  • We fly out after training is completed for the week.
